We do not sell or rent personal information collected through this site to anyone. We may provide aggregate statistics about visitors to our sites, such as volume, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifiable information. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need-to-know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a strict duty of confidentiality.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Recruitment Portal

How is personal information collected from candidates?
We collect personal data about candidates from the candidate, recruitment agencies, background check providers, and references provided by the candidate.

How we will use information about candidates?
We will use the personal data we collect about candidates to assess skills, qualifications, and suitability for the role, carry out background and reference checks (where applicable), communicate about the recruitment process, comply with legal or regulatory requirements and determine whether to enter into a contract of employment. Personal information for candidates who become employees will be used for employment purposes.

Failure to provide personal data
If you fail to provide information when requested, which is necessary for us to consider your application (such as evidence of qualifications or work history), we will not be able to process your application successfully. For example, if we require a credit check or references for this role and you fail to provide us with relevant details, we will not be able to take your application further.

How does Solera use particularly sensitive personal data?
We may collect and process special categories or sensitive personal data about you to carry out our obligations and exercise specific rights relating to the field of employment. In such circumstances, we will use information about your status to consider whether we need to provide appropriate adjustments during the recruitment process, such as during a test or interview and we will use records about immigration or naturalization to establish the right to work (and in some cases such records might incidentally disclose racial/ethnic origin information).

Data Sharing
We will share personal data provided through the career portal with third parties who assist in processing your application and/or to carry out our obligations and exercise specific rights relating to employment. All third parties are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data in line with our policies and applicable law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes. We only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

We may be required by law to disclose your personal data to certain authorities or other third parties, such as law enforcement agencies. We may also use personal data in defending our legitimate interests, such as governmental requests and filings.
