Darko Dejanovic has served as Chief Executive Officer of Solera since November 2019. He is driven by a passion for using technology to revolutionize business. At Solera, that means helping businesses and people take full advantage of connected mobility by keeping their vehicles on the road and operating safely.

Dejanovic previously served as Operating Principal and President of Vista Intelligence Group at Vista Equity Partners. Before joining Vista, he was Executive Chairman, CEO, President, and Chief Technology, Product & Innovation Officer of SaaS technology company ACTIVE Network®. Before leading The ACTIVE Network, Dejanovic worked as Global CIO and Head of Product at Monster Worldwide and as CTO of Tribune Company. Dejanovic currently serves on the Board of Directors for Solera and StatsPerform. He earned an MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management.

Jing Liao has served as Chief Administration Officer of Solera since June 2020. She has led the successful transformation of Solera. Jing previously served as Managing Director of Talent at Vista Equity Partners.

Alberto Cairo joined Solera in October 2014 and has successfully led multiple functions across the organization. As Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director, he combines his deep expertise in technology and finance to drive innovation, create data-powered products, and deliver exceptional value to Solera’s customers. His leadership is focused on strengthening customer success, expanding the customer base, and capturing market share through strategic growth initiatives.

Before joining Solera, Cairo held executive leadership roles, including CEO at Alexan Capital, COO at Peachtree Financial, and COO at Ubiquity Software. He also played pivotal roles in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investment banking at CapVest, Merrill Lynch, and Smith Barney. Cairo holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

John Suchecki joined Solera in June 2020 to help build best-in-class, reliable, and secure technologies that will scale with Solera’s growth. Before joining Solera, Suchecki served as Chief Product and Technology Officer for The Marlin Company. Prior to Marlin, he was SVP, Global Technology and Infrastructure at Monster Worldwide. Managing Engineering and Infrastructure in both these prior roles, Suchecki  re-architected their application portfolios, helped redefine their businesses, and drove a fundamental shift in how technology was consumed and delivered.

Suchecki earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science at Trinity College-Hartford and his MBA at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Hideo Esaka is a seasoned marketing executive who brings a wealth of experience driving change, innovation, and go-to-market strategies in the technology industry. He most recently served as CMO, Ryan LLC, where he led its marketing team and was responsible for demand generation, branding, communications and marketing operations. Prior to his time at Ryan, he served as Division CMO for Thomson Reuters, as well as serving in senior marketing and sales leadership roles at Dell, VMWare, Harmonic, and Cisco Systems.

David Babin joined Solera in July 2012 and today serves as the company’s general counsel and corporate secretary. In his role, Babin leads Solera’s legal team, which includes the company’s compliance, regulatory and internal audit functions. He also advises the executive team and provides legal oversight for the company’s operations, M&A activities, financing, corporate governance, human resources, and commercial contracting matters.

Before joining Solera, Babin was Senior Counsel of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Transactions at Dean Foods, and was an attorney specializing in mergers & acquisitions, securities, and corporate transactions at Vinson & Elkins and Jones Walker. Babin has a law degree from Tulane University Law School.

Arnaud Agostini joined Solera in 2001 and is now the Regional Managing Director of Sales – ROW. He leverages his extensive knowledge of the automotive and insurance ecosystems and more than 25 years of sales and key account expertise to grow sales outside of North America. Agostini is keenly focused on increasing customer satisfaction and delivering innovative digital solutions that create value for the vehicle ecosystem.

Agostini’s sales leadership roles at Solera began in France, expanded to EMEA, and outside North America. Before joining the company, Agostini held sales leadership roles with Lease Plan & Hertz and Belron. He is a graduate of the ESTC School of Management.

Tom Eggenberger is the Regional Managing Director and Global Leader of the Solera Owner Platform, consisting of five operating units that deliver high-value software and data services to Property and Casualty Insurance, commercial fleets, and state governments. Eggenberger developed his extensive automotive data and software expertise during his 25+ years with Solera legacy companies, Explore Information Services and AudaExplore.

Eggenberger joined Explore Information Services in 1996 in a sales and marketing role and developed a consistent track record of performance as the company expanded its global footprint. He has a degree from the University of Saint Thomas – School of Business and is a former Air Force officer.
