The regular conference rate is $599. Early Bird rate is $499 and ends on 7/14.

Your registration includes:

• All conference sessions and materials
• Access to Partner Pavilion & Solutions Center
• Social and networking events (including transportation where needed) 
• All food and beverage during meal functions, including evening events

Airfare, hotel rooms and airport transfers to and from the Embassy Suites Nashville are not included in your registration fee. Incidental charges added to your room are also not included.

We will accept credit card payment from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation with payment details after you register.

Changes to your conference registration can be made at any time before the conference by logging into your registration account using the confirmation code you received in your confirmation email.

Substitutions can be made up to two weeks prior to the conference by reaching out to [email protected].

You must cancel by August 31st, 2023 to receive a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee. Attendees that cancel after this deadline will be refunded 50% of their registration, minus a 5% processing fee. You can cancel your registration by logging into your registration account using the confirmation code you received in your confirmation email.

Yes. registration is required to bring a guest to the evening events for an additional cost of $199. This allows your guest access to all evening networking events and includes food, drink, entertainment and transportation where needed. Upon check-in, registered guests will receive a badge granting them access to these evening events.
